I need step by step breakdown of what needs to be done to change the domain name for the same web site? This topic was touched on but never fully covered in the forum. Thanks

Do you want to move your files to another server? Or do you want just to change domain name and your files are left on the same server? If the last then you need to go to admin panel and change your url. If first then contact me (see the link in my signature).
