Topic: Ticket system update in process
Kayako has finally released a beta version (4.0) of their support system and I'm upgrading it by removing the current system and then importing the database with tickets.
When this is done, I can finally try to connect the license database against the support system so that you can change and view your licenses yourself. Their new version has completely changed code, so when I lost the code for integration before, I have not prioritized to rewrite it for a system on the way out. But that I can do now
I assume system will be up in 1 hour or so.
