It is a very small release, only bugs are corrected.

- updated language files (with new flags for those language files that are complete)
- fix for Update.php, it caused ads to never expire / be deleted or warned (bug)
- even if approve member is On, user can login before user is approved (bug)
- html error in stylesheet path (bug)
- new WYWIWYG editor (fix so that it is vieable in FF)

A change report from v7.3 will soon be available in download area.

To upgrade from v7.3:

1. Replace all PHP files (minimum register.php, update.php, functions.php, and the Tools and Setup folder).

2. It is also reccomended to re-run the installer (make a backup of gen_inc.php and opt_inc.php and copy it back after install). This way, the admin area will show correct version and sync the db.
