Not chmod 777

I have repeatedly checked everything. And chmod stands at 777. But the message remains

However, I have installed with the error message chat_files/FlashConf.xml and chat_files/languages.xml not chmod 777.

Thereafter, the installation error free.

Database everything's OK

Administrations Range OK

But the Web site receives HTTP 500

I have under the Administrative * htaccess file is deleted.

register_globals is OK

Where is the problem now.

Here's the problem:

Users are listed in admin panel in a table showing different options.
In the column PAID? it's 1 or empty.

When I go to the website as a member, i can't  see profiles where PAID? is 1.
If PAID? is empty, all works fine.

Can someone help me? The website is online today and doesn't work because of that...

This system allows payments with a code you can get by phone or sms.

trying to install MM  but on install.php i keep getting:

Both files  are chmodde over and over again..

Someone a solution?
